All-on-Six is an advanced implant treatment method designed for patients who are fully edentulous or experiencing significant tooth loss. This technique involves placing six implants into the jawbone to support a fixed prosthesis. Similar to the All-on-Four method, All-on-Six uses additional implants to enhance the stability of the prosthesis. It is an ideal option for patients with sufficient jawbone volume and those seeking a more durable structure.
The condition of the jawbone is evaluated using 3D tomography and digital imaging systems. An individualized treatment plan is developed based on the patient’s oral structure and needs.
A total of six implants are placed into the jawbone. Implants in the front are positioned vertically, while those in the back are placed at an angle for better support.
Temporary prostheses are placed within five days or a short period after the procedure, allowing the patient to quickly return to daily life with their new teeth.
After 3-4 months, once the implants have fully integrated with the bone, durable and aesthetically pleasing permanent prostheses are fitted.
