These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QP Dental Clinic website (qpdent.com) and the dental treatment services we provide at our clinic in Alanya, Turkey. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

•"Patient", "you", "your" refers to the individual using our website or receiving dental treatment services.
•"Services" refers to all dental treatments, consultations, travel coordination, and related services provided by QP Dental Clinic.
•"Website" refers to qpdent.com and all associated pages.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over. Patients under 18 may receive treatment only with the written consent and accompaniment of a parent or legal guardian. By engaging our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Free Consultation & Treatment Planning
•We offer free online consultations via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form. These initial consultations provide a preliminary assessment based on the information you share with us.
•Treatment plans and cost estimates provided during online consultation are preliminary. Final treatment plans are confirmed only after an in-person clinical examination at our clinic, which may include X-rays, 3D scans, and a comprehensive oral health assessment.
•We reserve the right to modify a treatment plan if the clinical examination reveals conditions not apparent from the initial consultation. Any changes will be discussed with you and require your consent before proceeding.
•A free consultation does not constitute a commitment to treatment from either party.
4. Treatment Consent
•Before any treatment begins, you will be provided with a detailed explanation of the proposed procedure, including potential risks, alternatives, expected outcomes, and costs. You will be asked to sign an informed consent form.
•You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, and any health conditions that may affect your treatment.
•You may withdraw your consent and discontinue treatment at any time. However, fees for services already rendered or materials already prepared may not be refundable.
•While we strive for the best possible outcomes, dental treatment results may vary depending on individual health factors. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic or clinical results.
5. Pricing & Payment
•All treatment prices are provided in writing before treatment begins. The quoted price includes the procedures specified in your treatment plan. Additional treatments not included in the original plan will be quoted separately.
•Prices may be quoted in GBP, EUR, or TRY. The applicable exchange rate at the time of payment will be used for currency conversions.
•We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash. Payment terms and schedules will be agreed upon before treatment commences.
•A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment and begin laboratory work. Deposit terms will be communicated in your treatment plan.
•We do not charge hidden fees. Any additional costs arising from changes to your treatment plan will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
•If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. We will work with you to find an alternative date.
•Deposits for cancelled appointments may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the scheduled treatment, or if custom laboratory work has already commenced.
•In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements at no additional cost.
•Neither party shall be liable for cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, or government actions.
7. Travel & Accommodation
•Where we assist with travel arrangements — including airport transfers, hotel accommodation, and local transportation — we act as a coordinator and not as a travel agent or tour operator.
•Travel and accommodation services are provided by independent third parties. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or terms of these third-party services. Any disputes regarding travel or accommodation should be directed to the relevant provider.
•You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance, visa requirements, and ensuring you are fit to travel. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical treatment coverage.
•Flight bookings, if arranged through us, are subject to the airline's own terms and conditions. We are not liable for flight cancellations, delays, or changes made by the airline.
8. Treatment Warranty
•We provide a warranty on dental treatments performed at our clinic. The warranty period and coverage vary depending on the type of treatment and will be specified in your treatment documentation.
•Warranty coverage is subject to the following conditions: adherence to aftercare instructions, maintenance of good oral hygiene, attendance at recommended follow-up appointments, and avoidance of habits that may damage dental work (such as teeth grinding without a night guard).
•The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, trauma, neglect, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or treatment performed by other dental providers after your visit to our clinic.
•To make a warranty claim, contact us via email or WhatsApp with relevant photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where applicable, arrange for corrective treatment.
9. Aftercare & Follow-Up
•We provide ongoing aftercare support via WhatsApp and email after your treatment. Our team is available to answer questions, review progress photos, and provide guidance during your recovery.
•You will receive detailed aftercare instructions specific to your treatment. Following these instructions is essential for optimal healing and long-term results.
•Some treatments require follow-up visits. The timing and number of follow-up appointments will be communicated in your treatment plan. Travel costs for follow-up visits are the responsibility of the patient unless otherwise agreed.
•We recommend informing your local dentist about the treatment you have received. We can provide detailed treatment records and documentation upon request.
10. Limitation of Liability
•We exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our dental services. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the treatment provided.
•We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, travel expenses, accommodation costs, or emotional distress, arising from or in connection with our services.
•We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers, including hotels, transfer companies, airlines, or external laboratories.
•Our total liability in connection with any treatment shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific treatment.
